Coastal Fund supports the Coastal Media Project, which gives students the skills, training, and experience they need to turn their coastal stories into engaging and compelling documentaries. One particular student, Adelaide, had this to say about their experience within this program: “The Coastal Media Project was hands down the highlight of my college experience so far. The people I met, the experiences I had, and the equipment I got to work with exceeded all my expectations. I don’t think I’ve learned more in such a short amount of time. This program sparked my passion for film and assured me this is something I want to pursue as my career in the future. I will never forget the memories I made with the CMP.” We are so happy to continue to support this program and the projects created through it, such as the production Whale-Roads, which received its premiere this past February at the SBIFF!
