What can I do for students? I am responsible for the fiscal management of the department, all staff personnel and legal matters.  I advise all elected student executive officers and senate, as well as all entities, and units within the department.  Further, I oversee the enforcement of all Associated Students, and Regental policies and procedures as they pertain to this department and non profit agency.
 
What other duties do I have? I serve as an advocate of Associated Students interests and concerns.  For example, I provide students with information and on career development in either Student Affairs or Academic Departments. I serve on various campus -wide projects, such as serving as the facilitator for town halls.  In addition, I sit on the Campus Community Council, on various campus wide search committees, and task forces as assigned by the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and/or the AS President

Who do I advise? 91.9 KCSB-FM’s Executive Committee and KCSB-FM student and non-student volunteers, more generally.

What can I do for students? I advise on a range of concerns: KCSB operations, volunteer coordination, organizational development, special-projects/events coordination; community and public relations, promotions and marketing (especially through written and online-platforms); radio production; public-service programming and announcements; media/entertainment industry careers; and community-media issues.

What can I do for students? I am a member of the Governmental Affairs team and work to support students on the path to achieving goals by advising on procedures, policy, and campus resources. I provide logistical support navigating the campus and AS policies and procedures.

What can I do for students?

I help facilitate and advise student led efforts relating to the Pardall Center & the wider community. I do this by providing support to students in understanding how Associated Students functions, both in policy and practice. I also provide logistical support to students navigating these policies and procedures within AS to achieve their goals.

What other duties do I have?
 
I provide supervision & guidance to student staff that support the three entities located at our 6550 Pardall Rd facility: Pardall Center, Isla Vista Tenants Union, and Legal Resource Center. I also help take care of our building, and help students and community members connect the dots with organizations in Isla Vista.

Where is my desk?
 
Right now, I’m remote Tuesday-Friday, so my desk is at home! But, typically my desk is on 1st floor of the Pardall Center, right in the middle of all the action.

When is a good time to drop in?
 
While I’m mostly remote, currently, you can meet me in person each Monday between 9a-5p. Wearing a mask and all other COVID precautions will need to be followed!   • I can help you find volunteer opportunities on and off campus, youth programming and many others.
