⭐️ Yvette Linares Wins Student Staff Member Of The Year 2019! ⭐️ In 2017, AS Publications suddenly lost their lead coordinator David Miller and entered a very difficult transition period. Although Yvette, with the rest of AS, was grieving the sudden loss of a coworker and friend, she stepped in to bridge the gap and help maintain Publications’ reputation as a reliable and valued UCSB campus. She has a maturity beyond her years. Congratulations, Yvette! #asawards

? Mable Truong Wins the Robert L. Lorden Award for Outstanding Leadership in Service to Associated Students! ? Mable is dedicated, creative, passionate, and dependable in her roles as managing editor and senior layout editor of The Bottom Line (@tbl.ucsb), an AS graphic artist, and a member of Creative Media Unit (@ucsbcreativemedia). She always encourages and supports her peers to do their best work and often puts others’ triumphs above her own.
