Every year the University, Office of Student Life, and Associated Students presents awards to student groups, student leaders, staff, and faculty who have contributed greatly to campus through advocacy, service, support and programming.
It is expected that nominees have performed outstanding service to Associated Students or that boards or projects have gone “above and beyond” their day to day operations to serve Associated Students and the UCSB student body. Please provide a detailed statement as to why this person, board, or project is unique or outstanding and deserving of an award.
Please send the following:
- Nominee Name
- Award they should receive
- Describe those personal and leadership characteristics that you believe make this person deserving of the award
- Your name and contact information in case the committee has questions for you
All completed nominations should be returned to Denise Rinaldi by 5:00 pm on May 1, 2013. Nominations may be emailed to: email@example.com
All award recipients will be recognized at the annual Associated Students Awards banquet.
