This form is a request for graphic design jobs. Web design jobs can also be requested from this website as well. While I would appreciate it if you fill out this form completely, I am also willing to help walk you through the process if necessary. This information allows me to streamline the creation process and better handle your request and needs. Please do not submit a work order until you have all the required materials and content prepared. All text to be included in the design should be attached in a Word document.

If there is any chance that in the future you may want to use the design in color, please request it be designed in color (CMYK or RGB) now. Color designs can be easily converted to greyscale, but not vice versa.
