One of KCSB's primary purposes is to feature programming that cannot be found on any commercial medium in the area. KCSB is the radio voice of the University of California, Santa Barbara campus though what we say or play does not necessarily reflect the feelings of the UC Regents, UCSB, or Associated Students UCSB.
