The Landlord/Management Company Evaluation project is in an experimental phase to assess the usefulness of on-line evaluations by tenants in the UCSB Community. Please be honest and fair in your evaluation. We regret that this form is designed to give only UCSB students, staff, and faculty the opportunity to participate. In order for the form to be processed, you must provide the following personal information which will not be posted on the Website but will be retained in the UCSB AS Legal Resource Center's confidential records.
